By downloading, installing, or using the SquatCount mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SquatCount is a fitness tracking application that:

• Helps you track daily squat exercise habits
• Provides interval training with customizable sets and repetitions
• Uses device accelerometer to count squats during workouts
• Offers habit tracking with streak counting and progress visualization
• Sends optional daily exercise reminders

The App is designed for general fitness purposes and is not intended to replace professional medical advice.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Health and Safety

• Use the App responsibly and within your physical capabilities
• Stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• Ensure you have adequate space and proper form when performing exercises
• Warm up before exercising and cool down afterward

3.2 Appropriate Use

You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended fitness tracking purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Age Requirements

SquatCount is suitable for users of all ages. However:

• Users under 13 should have parental supervision
• Users under 18 should have parental consent before using the App
• Parents are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the App

5. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• All your exercise data is stored locally on your device
• We collect anonymized crash data to improve app performance
• You can delete all your data at any time through the app settings

6. Intellectual Property

7.2 Service Availability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time
• Device compatibility may vary

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any injuries or health issues that may result from using the App
• We are not responsible for data loss or device damage
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any)
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. App Store Terms

If you downloaded SquatCount from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

• Your use is also subject to the respective store's terms of service
• Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms
• We are solely responsible for the App and its content

10. Updates and Changes

We may:

• Update the App with new features or improvements
• Modify these Terms from time to time
• Discontinue support for older app versions

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Termination
